Bank homes are the same as REO's. HUD and VA homes are plentiful also, but they do not like to go under the title of Foreclosures. We are certified and our company is registered to show and sell all of these types of homes. Most of these homes you can get into for $0 to 3% down + prepaids & closing cost.
